I spent a dream with you

In 2025 I began photographing the screen during the videocalls with my long-term and long-distance partner. My experience of him has always been mediated through his image on a screen. One of the strongest and most constant feelings I experienced during this time has been the desire to be able to be physically close and to touch each other. The project is an attempt to reclaim the tactility of the moments spent together. 

Elements that would normally be considered visual disturbances, such as the moiré effect, became a way of adding color and vividness to the images. A further layer of color is finally added through interventions with colored pencils.
